If you’re not 100% happy with an item purchased online from Herman Miller, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Helping your body mimic its strongest posture: standing, chest open, and pelvis titled slightly forward, the PostureFit SL's individual pads stabilise the sacrum and support the lumbar region of the spine to mimic that position for total spinal support.

8z Pellicle

This elastomeric suspension features eight latitudinal zones of varying tension – tightest at the edges and more forgiving where the body makes contact – that envelop you while you game.

PostureFit SL Adjustment

Reach behind you and turn the knob on the PostureFit SL device on the back of the chair forward until you feel comfortable and supported.

Adjust Arm Height and Width

Pull the arms up when you want support; place them at their lowest setting when you’d rather they slide under your desk; pull them in when you want a cushion; or move them to the side if they’re in the way.

Adjustable Seat Height

Move the seat up or down until your feet are flat on the floor, giving you an anchor point for gaming.

Forward Tilt

To position the chair forward, lean back and rotate the knob beneath the seat on the left side forward. For a reclined posture, lean back in the chair and rotate the lever back all the way.

Tilt Tension

Reach beneath the chair and grab the knob with a long stem on the right side. To increase the tension, sit in the chair and turn the knob backward. To decrease the tension, turn the knob forward.
