To submit a warranty claim, please email [email protected] and include the following details:
- Order Number.
- Summary of the issue you are experiencing.
- Picture of the white label on the underside of the seat (if claim refers to chairs). See an example of the label here.
- Picture/video of the area of concern.
- Confirmation of your current address and phone number.
