To submit a warranty claim, please email customercareeurope@hermanmiller.com and include the following details:
- Order Number
- Summary of the issue you are experiencing
- Picture of the white label on the underside of the seat (if claim refers to chairs)
- Picture/video of the area of concern
- Confirmation of your current address and phone number
