Delivery

Delivery Costs

Delivery is free for all regions within Belgium and Luxembourg.

Delivery Timescales

The estimated delivery time for each item is listed on the product page. We recommend checking that you are satisfied with the estimated delivery time stated before placing your order.

To reduce carbon emissions and for your convenience, your order will be dispatched when all items are available and will typically be delivered together. Once you have placed your order, you can also view the estimated delivery time for your item in your order confirmation email.

For in-stock items, the estimated delivery is within 12 working days. For made-to-order items, the estimated delivery is within 25 - 95 working days.

During holidays and busy periods, your order may take slightly longer to arrive. Our Customer Care team will do their best to keep you updated.

*Please note, only Monday to Friday are classed as working days.

Delivery Service

The courier will be selected depending on the size of your parcel/order and location.

Furniture

All furniture, such as office chairs, gaming chairs and desks, are delivered by Agediss.

Accessories

All accessories, such as lighting and monitor arms, are delivered by FedEx.

Agediss

Agediss will provide you with a delivery date via text message. Orders are typically delivered Monday to Friday (subject to availability), 8am to 6pm. If the date provided isn't suitable, you will have the option to reschedule.

On the day of delivery, you will receive a tracking link via text. Please note that a mobile phone number must be provided during checkout in order to receive delivery information.

All furniture items are delivered safely to a room of your choice - provided there are no access issues and it is safe for the delivery team to do so. Someone will need to be home to take the delivery, as we are unable to leave your item[s] unattended in a designated 'safe place'.

Please retain all packaging until you are satisfied with your purchase.

FedEx

FedEx will provide you with a delivery date via email. Orders are typically delivered Monday to Friday (subject to availability), 8am to 6pm. If the date provided isn't suitable, you will have the option to reschedule.

On the day of delivery, you will receive a tracking link via email.

All accessories are delivered to your door, and the delivery team will not remove the packaging. Someone will need to be home to take the delivery, as we are unable to leave your item[s] unattended in a designated 'safe place'.
