NO PAYMENT, ENTRY FEE OR PURCHASE REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF ELIGIBLE JURISDICTIONS WHO ARE PHYSICALLY LOCATED IN AN ELIGIBLE JURISDICTION AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. ENTRANTS MUST BE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OLD (OR AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR JURISDICTION OF RESIDENCE, WHICHEVER IS GREATER) AT TIME OF ENTRY. VOID OUTSIDE THE ELIGIBLE JURISDICTIONS AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
HOW TO ENTER. The HMGxZombies Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00pm PDT on 13 August 2026 and ends at 11:59pm PDT on 20 August 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The promotion is sponsored by MillerKnoll, Inc. (“Sponsor”). Sponsor’s clock is the official time keeping device of the Sweepstakes.
There are four (4) methods of entry (each, a “Sweepstakes Entry Method”), each providing an equal chance of winning: (1) enter by visiting the registration page located at eustore.hermanmiller.com/pages/hmgxzombies and completing the Sweepstakes registration form; (2) comment #HMGxZombiesSweeps and tag one (1) friend on one of the Herman Miller Gaming Sweepstakes posts on Instagram (@hmgaming); (3) comment #HMGxZombiesSweeps and tag one (1) friend on one of the Herman Miller Gaming Sweepstakes posts on TikTok (@hermanmillergaming); or (4) comment #HMGxZombiesSweeps and tag one (1) friend on one of the Herman Miller Gaming Sweepstakes posts on X (@hmgaming). Entrants using a social media Sweepstakes Entry Method must also follow the applicable Herman Miller Gaming social media account at the time of entry.
Each action completed on a social media platform (Instagram, TikTok or X) earns the entrant one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes, while entering the Sweepstakes by completing the registration form earns the entrant three (3) entries in the Sweepstakes drawing. Limit six (6) entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Entrance into the Sweepstakes through multiple email accounts will disqualify the entrant from the Sweepstakes. All entry materials become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned

Go to your wireless provider for pricing plan details.Entries will be declared to have been made by the authorised account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry, or the social media account used to enter the Sweepstakes. The “authorised account holder” is defined as the natural person assigned an account by the organisation responsible for assigning the applicable email account, or approving the social media account used at the time of entry. The authorised account holder may be required to provide proof of identity. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the entry will be deemed ineligible. Any other attempted form of entry is prohibited; no automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted.
ELIGIBILITY. This Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of Belgium, Canada (excluding Quebec), Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Japan, Netherlands, Sweden, the United Kingdom and the fifty (50) United States, including the District of Columbia (each, an “Eligible Jurisdiction”), who are physically located in an Eligible Jurisdiction at the time of entry, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (whichever is greater) at the time of entry, and who have a valid email address. This Sweepstakes is void in any country or jurisdiction outside the Eligible Jurisdictions and where prohibited, restricted, taxed, bonded, registered or otherwise regulated in a manner not authorised by Sponsor, including prohibited by applicable sanctions, export control or trade compliance laws. Residents of any country or jurisdiction outside the Eligible Jurisdictions are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any jurisdiction from this Schedule at any time before the launch of the Sweepstakes if registration, bonding, permit, translation, tax, local representative or other compliance requirements applicable to that jurisdiction have not been completed to Sponsor’s satisfaction. Employees, officers, directors and agents of Sponsor and its controlled subsidiaries and affiliates globally (collectively, “MKI”) as well as Activision Publishing, Inc. (“Activision”) and each of their respective promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (meaning spouses, parents, siblings, children and their respective spouses) and members of the households of such employees, officers, directors and agents are not eligible. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorised account holder of the email account or the social media account (as applicable) will be deemed to be the entrant. The Sponsor may request any potential winner to provide proof that such person is the winner. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Use of a profane social media username or the submission of false or misleading personal information will result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify from this Sweepstakes any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, provincial and local laws in each Eligible Jurisdiction. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
DRAWING. Winner will be selected by a verifiably random process, or under the supervision of an independent person where required by applicable law, from among all eligible entries received. The random drawing shall take place on or about 21 August 2026 by Sponsor, or its designee, whose decisions are final and binding on all aspects of this Sweepstakes and not subject to appeal. The potential winner will be contacted by email or direct message (as applicable) within approximately one (1) working day after being selected. The potential winner will be required to claim their prize within two (2) working days of the time that the winner notification is sent. To claim the prize, the potential winner must respond as directed in the message sent to the potential winner. The potential winner may be required to provide additional information to confirm their identity and eligibility, and also may be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, and any other documentation that the Sponsor may require, and to see to it that the Sponsor is in receipt of such information and documents within two (2) working days of being requested to provide the same. In all cases, the Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of identity, residency and age, and the winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize if the Sponsor, at its sole discretion, finds that the proof is unsatisfactory. The prize will be forfeited (i) if the potential winner does not, in a timely manner, provide the requisite information, return the requisite documents or cannot be reached within two (2) working days from the initial notification attempt, (ii) if the prize is returned as non-deliverable and/or (iii) in the event of non-compliance with any of the requirements of these Official Rules.
PRIZES. One (1) grand prize winner will receive a custom Call of Duty Embody Gaming Chair (the “Grand Prize”). Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: £1,495.00 GBP. One (1) second prize winner will receive a non-custom Embody Gaming Chair (the “Second Prize”). Approximate ARV of the Second Prize: £1,690.00 GBP. Total ARV of all Prizes: £3,185 GBP. The ARV is determined as of the date of the printing of these Official Rules. The difference in the value of any Prize as stated herein and value at time of Prize notification, if any, will not be awarded.
The Prize is non-transferable, with no cash redemptions, equivalents or substitutions except at the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. All prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined at the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion and are subject to change. In the event that the Sponsor is unable to provide the Winner with the Prize or any portion thereof, the Sponsor may elect to pay the Winner the ARV of the Prize, or award an alternative prize of comparable or greater value. The Prize is awarded “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state, provincial and/or local taxes, duties, customs charges, import fees, reporting obligations and any other fees or costs associated with the acceptance, receipt, ownership and use of the Prize, except where Sponsor is required by applicable law to withhold, remit or report taxes on the Winner’s behalf. Sponsor may request from the Winner any information reasonably necessary for tax reporting, withholding, sanctions screening, customs clearance and prize fulfilment, and the Winner’s failure to provide such information in a timely manner may result in forfeiture of the Prize. For US residents, provision of a valid Social Security number or tax identification number and issuance of IRS Form 1099 in the name of the Winner for the actual value of the prize received may be required. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. The Winner is solely responsible for any and all expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the prize description herein, including, but not limited to, transportation, hotel, meals and beverages, gratuities, personal incidentals, applicable taxes and insurance. Prize may not be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of comparable or greater value at its sole discretion. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner's name, likeness and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for any delays, non-delivery, customs clearance issues, import restrictions or taxes arising from delivery of the Prize outside the United States. If the Prize cannot be lawfully or practically be delivered to the Winner’s jurisdiction, Sponsor may, where permitted by law, in its sole discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater ARV or select an alternate winner.
ODDS OF WINNING. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
GENERAL CONDITIONS. Sweepstakes entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. By entering, participants release and hold harmless MKI, Activision Publishing, Inc. and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, promotion, advertising and online technology agencies, prize suppliers and all others associated with the development or execution of the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective owners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents (the “Releasees”) from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes, or acceptance, use, misuse or nonuse of any Prize or parts thereof (including activity or travel-related thereto), including, without limitation, liability for death, personal injury, damage or loss of any kind, and from liability to any other persons relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with the Sweepstakes. The Releasees do not make any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of any Prize, including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing, or acts of any government or authority, or if the Sweepstakes cannot take place or if the Prize cannot be awarded due to acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Sweepstakes in any way it deems necessary or appropriate, and to cancel the Sweepstakes if it deems necessary or appropriate.
INTERNET. The use of any automated launching or entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits the participant to automatically register and/or enter repeatedly is prohibited. If for any reason the Sweepstakes are not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes for any reason. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated, the Sponsor reserves the right to select the Winner in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the action requiring such termination. Releasees assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries. Releasees are not responsible for lost, late, garbled or misdirected, or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the internet or on any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes, or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
RIGHTS GRANTED BY YOU. By entering this Sweepstakes you understand that Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the world, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and Winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, social media handle, statements about this Sweepstakes, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation, provided that such use is permitted by applicable law and, where required by applicable law, subject to the Winner’s separate written consent. Nothing in these Official Rules shall require any entrant to waive any mandatory moral rights or privacy rights where such waiver is not permitted under applicable local law.
DATA COLLECTION. All personal information submitted in relation to the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws, these Official Rules and the privacy policy of the Sponsor which may be found at https://www.millerknoll.com/legal/privacy/privacy-notice. The name of the Winners will be made available as provided for below.
LIST OF WINNERS. To the extent required by applicable law and subject to the applicable privacy rights, the name of the Winner will be made available after 20 August 2026. To request Winner information, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: HMGxZombies Sweepstakes, MillerKnoll, Inc., 855 E. Main Avenue, Zeeland, MI 49464. Requests must be received within ninety (90) days after the drawing date.
DISPUTES. Participants agree that, except where prohibited by applicable law, this Sweepstakes is governed solely by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any claims arising out of the Sweepstakes shall be governed solely by Michigan law and may be brought only in a federal or state court located in the State of Michigan. Nothing in these Official Rules shall deprive any entrant of mandatory consumer protection rights, statutory rights or the right to bring claims in a forum that cannot be waived under the laws of such entrant’s jurisdiction of residence. If any provisions of these Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED, THE ENTRANT AGREES THAT: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, BUT IN NO EVENT LAWYERS’ FEES; AND (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND THE ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED.

The Sponsor’s affiliated companies may assist with local administration, entrant communications, prize fulfilment and related support in connection with the Sweepstakes. Where required by applicable law, local administrator or contact details will be provided in these Official Rules, the related promotion materials or the applicable privacy notice. No affiliated company is a sponsor of the Sweepstakes unless expressly identified as a sponsor in these Official Rules.
