NO PAYMENT, ENTRY FEE OR PURCHASE REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES AND D.C., CANADA, BELGIUM, DENMARK, GERMANY, FRANCE, FINLAND, JAPAN, NETHERLANDS, SWEDEN AND THE UNITED KINGDOM. ENTRANTS MUST BE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OLD (OR AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR STATE OF RESIDENCE) AT TIME OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
HOW TO ENTER. The HMGxBO7 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 13:00 GMT on 10 December 2025 and ends at 04:59 GMT on the morning of 18 December 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The promotion is sponsored by MillerKnoll, Inc (“Sponsor”). Sponsor’s clock is the official time keeping device of the Sweepstakes.
There are four (4) methods of entry (the “Sweepstakes Entry Method”): Enter by visiting the registration page located at https://ukstore.hermanmiller.com/pages/hmgxbo7sweeps and completing the Sweepstakes registration form or by commenting #HMGxBO7Sweeps on one of the Herman Miller Gaming Sweepstakes posts on Instagram (@hmgaming), TikTok (@hermanmillergaming) or X (@hmgaming) and following the Herman Miller Gaming brand on the respective social media platform.
Each action completed on a social media platform (Instagram, TikTok or X) earns the entrant one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes, while entering the Sweepstakes by completing the registration form earns the entrant three (3) entries in the Sweepstakes drawing. Limit six (6) entries per person during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Entrance into the Sweepstakes through multiple email accounts will disqualify the entrant from the Sweepstakes. All entry materials become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned
If you choose to enter via your mobile device, standard data rates may apply. Go to your wireless provider for pricing plan details. Entries will be declared to have been made by the authorised account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry, or the social media account used to enter the Sweepstakes. The “authorised account holder” is defined as the natural person assigned an account by the organisation responsible for assigning the applicable email account, or approving the social media account used at the time of entry. The authorised account holder may be required to provide proof of identity. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the entry will be deemed ineligible. Any other attempted form of entry is prohibited; no automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted.
ELIGIBILITY. The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, including the District of Columbia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Germany, France, Finland, Japan, Netherlands, Sweden and the United Kingdom who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and who have a valid email address. Employees, officers, directors and agents of MillerKnoll, Inc. and its controlled subsidiaries and affiliates globally (collectively, “MKI”) as well as Activision Publishing, Inc. (“Activision”) and each of their respective promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (meaning spouses, parents, siblings, children and their respective spouses) and members of the households of such employees, officers, directors and agents are not eligible. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorised account holder of the email account or the social media account (as applicable) will be deemed to be the entrant. The Sponsor may request any potential winner to provide proof that such person is the winner. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Use of a profane social media username or the submission of false or misleading personal information will result in disqualification. The Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify from the Sweepstakes any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
GUARANTEED FREE ITEM CLAUSE (NON-VALUE). Each eligible entrant will receive one (1) complimentary COD Calling Card (“Guaranteed Item”) upon submitting a valid entry. Multiple entries will not result in multiple Guaranteed Items. Attempts to obtain additional Guaranteed Items through multiple identities, accounts or email addresses will void all such items and may result in disqualification. The Guaranteed Item is provided for promotional purposes only, carries no cash or retail value, is not exchangeable and is not part of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize (see more details below). Receipt of the Guaranteed Item does not increase an entrant’s chances of winning any Sweepstakes prize. The Guaranteed Item will be delivered digitally or physically (as applicable) to entrants using the contact information provided at entry. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed or undeliverable Guaranteed Items due to incorrect contact information. The Guaranteed Item is promotional in nature, offered without charge and may not be redeemed for cash, credit, discount or any other value. The Sponsor may substitute a similar non-monetary item at its sole discretion. The Guaranteed Item is not a Sweepstakes prize and is not intended to be, nor should it be interpreted as, a “participation prize”. It is a separate promotional giveaway with no monetary value.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY/NO ADVANTAGE FROM THE GUARANTEED ITEM. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The Guaranteed Item is provided equally to all entrants and does not provide any competitive advantage, increased odds or preferential treatment in the Sweepstakes. Participation remains entirely free and without obligation.
DRAWING. The winner will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received. The random drawing shall take place on or about December 17, 2025 by the Sponsor, or its designee, whose decisions are final and binding on all aspects of the Sweepstakes and not subject to appeal. The potential winner will be contacted by email or direct message (as applicable) within approximately one (1) working day after being selected. The potential winner will be required to claim their prize within two (2) working days of the time that the winner notification is sent. To claim the prize, the potential winner must respond as directed in the message sent to the potential winner. The potential winner may be required to provide additional information to confirm their identity and eligibility, and also may be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, and any other documentation that the Sponsor may require, and to see to it that the Sponsor is in receipt of such information and documents within two (2) working days of being requested to provide the same. In all cases, the Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of identity, residency and age, and the winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize if the Sponsor, at its sole discretion, finds that the proof is unsatisfactory. The prize will be forfeited (i) if the potential winner does not, in a timely manner, provide the requisite information, return the requisite documents or cannot be reached within two (2) working days from the initial notification attempt, (ii) if the prize is returned as non-deliverable and/or (iii) in the event of non-compliance with any of the requirements of these Official Rules.
PRIZES. One (1) grand prize Winner will receive a custom Call of Duty Embody Gaming Chair (the “Grand Prize”). Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: £1,495.00 GBP. Total ARV of the Prizes: £1,495.00 GBP. The ARV is determined as of the date of the printing of these Official Rules. The difference in the value of the Prize as stated herein and value at time of Prize notification, if any, will not be awarded.
The Prize is non-transferable, with no cash redemptions, equivalents or substitutions except at the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. All prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined at the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion and are subject to change. In the event that the Sponsor is unable to provide the Winner with the Prize or any portion thereof, the Sponsor may elect to pay the Winner the ARV of the Prize, or award an alternative prize of comparable or greater value. The Prize is awarded “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Prize. The Winner may be required to provide the Sponsor with a valid social security number or tax identification number before the Prize will be awarded, for tax purposes. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued in the name of the Winner for the actual value of the prize received. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. The Winner is solely responsible for any and all expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the prize description herein, including, but not limited to, transportation, hotel, meals and beverages, gratuities, personal incidentals, applicable taxes and insurance. Prize may not be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of comparable or greater value at its sole discretion. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner's name, likeness and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
ODDS OF WINNING. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Guaranteed Item provided to all entrants does not affect the odds of winning.
GENERAL CONDITIONS. Sweepstakes entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. By entering, participants release and hold harmless MKI, Activision Publishing, Inc. and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, promotion, advertising and online technology agencies, prize suppliers and all others associated with the development or execution of the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective owners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents (the “Releasees”) from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes, or acceptance, use, misuse or nonuse of any Prize or parts thereof (including activity or travel-related thereto), including, without limitation, liability for death, personal injury, damage or loss of any kind, and from liability to any other persons relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with the Sweepstakes. The Releasees do not make any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of any Prize, including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing, or acts of any government or authority, or if the Sweepstakes cannot take place or if the Prize cannot be awarded due to acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Sweepstakes in any way it deems necessary or appropriate, and to cancel the Sweepstakes if it deems necessary or appropriate.
INTERNET. The use of any automated launching or entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits the participant to automatically register and/or enter repeatedly is prohibited. If for any reason the Sweepstakes are not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes for any reason. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated, the Sponsor reserves the right to select the Winner in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the action requiring such termination. Releasees assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries. Releasees are not responsible for lost, late, garbled or misdirected, or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the internet or on any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes, or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
RIGHTS GRANTED BY YOU. By entering this contest, you understand that the Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the world, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and Winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
DATA COLLECTION. All personal information submitted in relation to the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws, these Official Rules and the privacy policy of the Sponsor which may be found at https://www.millerknoll.com/legal/privacy/privacy-notice. The name of the Winner will be made available as provided for below.
LIST OF WINNERS. For the name of the Winner, available after 17 December 2025, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: HMGxBO7 Sweepstakes, MillerKnoll, Inc, 855 East Main Avenue, Zeeland, Michigan 49464. Requests must be received by 31st December 2025.
DISPUTES. Participants agree that the Sweepstakes is governed solely by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any claims arising out of the Sweepstakes shall be governed solely by Michigan law and may be brought only in a federal or state court in the State of Michigan. If any provisions of these Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED, THE ENTRANT AGREES THAT: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, BUT IN NO EVENT LAWYERS’ FEES; AND (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND THE ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED.
